We are still open 24/7 and delivering cars to customers. All vehicles are deep cleaned prior to pick up and we have a fully digital handover process.

Try our New and Improved Mobile App for 2019

June 06, 2019

Hello Evezy family!

We have redesigned our App to create a more intuitive design and improve your experience. We are very excited to hear your thoughts on our new App - please get in touch and let us know if you love it as much as we do.

Do you have new features in mind that we could work on next? Pop us an email and we’ll add it to our to-do list!

Here are the main updates on our App:

We have a brand new look on the login screen, with quick explanations on how Evezy works.

Once you're logged in for the first time, you will be able to download the key to your car.

  • - Under the key, you can see the start date and time for your booking, as well as the location you are collecting it from.
  • - You will be able to identify your car at our Swap point by looking at the top part of the screen - where you can see your car model and registration plate.

Once you have tapped on the key, you will see all your car and subscription details.

  • - The date your subscription renews.
  • - The miles you have left on your monthly subscription.
  • - The battery left on your car with an estimate of how many miles you can drive.
  • - Finally, if you click on "Car Location" a map will open showing you the exact location of your car... No more worrying about finding your car again when parking in the street or a big parking lot!

By tapping the BMW badge (if you have a different car, you will get their badge there instead), you will connect to the car. Once connected, both 'unlock' and 'lock' buttons will appear. Use the 'unlock' button on the left to access your car.

Use the 'lock' button to lock the car once you are done driving. If you share your subscription with other people, tap the badge when you are done using the car. This will disconnect you from the car, and allow someone else to access the key and connect. Please remember you can only connect to the car from one device at a time!

Finally, the icons at the bottom will provide additional features. Use 'Damage' to submit pictures and a brief description of any damage on your car. 'Feature' will open the bonnet of the BMW i3, and pre-heat or open the charge flap of your Renault Zoe.

Use 'chargers' to find nearby chargers. You will be given the option to use Polar Plus or Google Maps to do so.

(PS. We are aware lots of you use ZapMap, and we are working on including the option here too.)

Let us know what you think about the new update, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
